Trasmission and CV Joints.
A transmission system mostly consists of many costly parts which perform the operations of transmitting the power and maintaining the motion. The CV Axle, which is the central part of the transmission system comprises of two joints which use the torque produced by the engine to move the wheels. The joints are a collection of various bearings. Regular inspection of the CV mechanisms will keep these parts properly sealed and thus free from dirt, debris etc which would wear out the bearings and joints. A properly functioning transmission and CV Joints is essential for a smoother ride.
At AAC, the technicians would look for the trouble signs like delay in gear shift, shaking and vibrations during gear operation, burning odor, fluid leakage etc. and take the necessary corrective actions.
